How many photos do I need?
One to three clear, well-lit photos where your child's face is easy to see. Two or three from slightly different angles give the best likeness.
Can I use photos of my children?
Yes. Occasion Pack is for adults 18+. You must be the child's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission to use the photo. Our Privacy Policy explains how photos are processed and when they are deleted.
How long does it take?
Usually within the hour. We email you the moment it's ready, and you can close this page while you wait.
How long do you keep my photos?
Uploaded photos are deleted as soon as your pack is made. Finished files stay available for 90 days.
