- Share your pack. Within about an hour you get a short personal video and matching pictures, ready to send on WhatsApp, email or social media.
Packs for every occasion
Every pack starts with a personalised video, a matching invitation picture and a Facebook event cover, all made from your photos and details and matched to one world. Larger packs add more, such as picture captures from the video and, for children's occasions, a printable colouring book. The packs available for each occasion, exactly what they contain and their current prices are shown on the occasion page and at checkout, and are fixed for your order when you pay.

Getting started
What is Occasion Pack?
Occasion Pack creates personalised occasion packs: a short personal video and matching pictures that star your people in a world they love. You choose the occasion and themes, upload a few photos and add your event details; we make the pack and email you when it is ready.
How does it work?
Choose your occasion, one to three themes and the video look, upload your photos, and enter the name, date, time and place. Occasion Pack uses AI to create your pack. When it is ready, you can edit the printed words, download the files or share them straight to your guests.
Which occasions can I choose from?
The home page shows every occasion, and marks the ones that are open for orders. More are opening one by one. If your occasion is not open yet, "Design yours" lets you describe your own idea once it is available; until then, choose the closest occasion and edit the printed text to fit.
What is a pack?
A pack is a matching set of creations for one occasion, all made from the same photos and the same world. Every pack includes a personalised invitation picture, a short video and a Facebook event cover. Larger packs add pieces such as picture captures from the video and, for children's occasions, a printable colouring book in the same theme. The exact contents of each pack are listed where you choose it.
How long does it take to make an invite video?
Adding your photos and details takes a few minutes. Making the pack usually takes well under an hour. You can close the page while you wait: we email you a link the moment it is ready, and the order page updates on its own.
Do I need design or video editing skills?
No. You choose options and fill in your details. Occasion Pack handles the design, animation and timing.
Can I create an invite on my phone?
Yes. Occasion Pack works in your phone's browser. You can upload photos straight from your camera roll.
How long is the video?
Each pack states its video length on the pack card, and the length is part of what you buy. A short film is enough to set the mood and make your guest smile: everyone watches to the end, even on a phone, and it sends quickly on messaging apps. The video opens and closes with your printed words, and the invitation picture carries the full event details.
Photos & personalisation
How many photos do I need?
One clear photo is enough; you can add up to three. Two or three photos from slightly different angles give a better likeness than one. If you prefer not to upload photos, you can describe the star instead and we create an imagined character.
What kind of photos work best?
- Clear, well-lit photos where faces are fully visible
- One main person per photo, looking roughly at the camera
- No heavy filters, sunglasses or hats covering the face
- JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC files straight from your phone are fine, up to 25 MB each
Blurry, dark or group photos may give weaker results.
Will the person in the video look exactly like my photos?
The video is created with AI, so the likeness will be close but not always perfect. Small differences from your photos are normal. If a face looks clearly wrong, contact support and we will regenerate your pack.
What event details can I add?
The star's name, their age where the occasion asks for it, the date, time and place, and a few words about your idea for the world. The printed lines on your creations (the top line, the headline and the subtitle) are yours to edit after delivery, so you can add a personal message or RSVP details such as a phone number or link.
Can I choose a theme like dinosaurs, space or princesses?
Yes. Each occasion offers a set of original themes; pick one to three and we blend them into one world. You can also describe your own idea in your own words. Your photos and details are built into whatever you choose.
Can I use a favourite cartoon or movie character?
No. We cannot recreate copyrighted characters or brands. Instead, we offer original themes in a similar spirit. For example, a superhero-style adventure rather than a specific film hero.
Can I change the text or photos after the video is made?
The words, yes, as often as you like and at no cost: open your finished pack, edit the name, date, place, headline or subtitle, pick a different text style, and your pictures and video are updated within a minute or so. The photos and the scenes themselves are not regenerated on request, because that is a new creation; if something on our side went wrong, contact support and we fix it at no cost.
Can I make an invite in another language?
The printed text on your pictures and video is available in English and Estonian; we pick the language from your browser and from the words you write, and you can rewrite every line yourself. The website and our emails are in English for now.
Does the video have music?
Yes. Each video comes with its own original instrumental soundtrack and gentle sound effects, created together with the video. There are no licensed songs and no lyrics, so you can share it anywhere without music rights problems.
Sharing & formats
How do I send the invite to my guests?
Download the video and send it like any other video: WhatsApp, iMessage, Messenger, Telegram, email, Instagram or Facebook. You can also post it in a group chat or on an event page.
What format and size is the video?
An MP4 file in vertical 9:16 format at 720p, ten seconds long with sound, sized to play smoothly on phones and messaging apps. The invitation picture is a portrait JPG and the event cover a wide JPG in Facebook's event format.
Why does my video look blurry on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp and some other apps compress videos to save data. Send it as a document instead of a video to keep full quality, or share a download link.
Can I make a greeting instead of an invitation?
Yes. Leave the date and place empty and your creations become a greeting rather than an invitation; fill them in and they become an invitation with the event details printed. You can switch later by editing the details.
Which occasions are coming next?
Birthday, Christmas Magic and Trip Reveal are open. Weddings, Halloween, baby showers, anniversaries and more are in preparation. The home page shows each occasion's status, and every open occasion has its own page.
Can guests RSVP through the video?
A video cannot collect replies itself. Put an RSVP phone number, email or link into the subtitle line of your creations, and paste it into the message you send with the video.
Can I print my invite?
We deliver digital files only and do not ship printed products. You are welcome to print the invitation picture and, where your pack includes it, the colouring book yourself.
Pricing & payment
How much does a pack cost?
Each pack is a one-time payment; there is no subscription. Current prices are shown on every occasion page and again at checkout, in euros or US dollars, VAT included. The price you see when you pay is the price of your order.
What's the difference between the packs?
Every pack has the personalised invitation picture, the video and a Facebook event cover for your event page. Larger packs add more, such as picture captures from the video and, for children's occasions, a printable colouring book in the same theme. The exact contents of each pack are listed where you choose it.
Can I try it for free?
There is a free example walkthrough: play through the whole flow with a sample pack, no photos, sign-up or payment needed. Every real pack is made to order, so there is no free generation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the digital wallets offered at checkout in your country. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
What if I'm not happy with my video?
Contact support@occasionpack.com first, or use "Request a refund" on the order in your account. We can often fix it by regenerating the pack. If there is a quality or delivery problem we cannot fix, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I use the video for my business?
Not at the moment. Occasion Pack is for personal celebrations. Your creations are licensed for personal use, including sharing them with your guests.
Privacy & safety
Are my photos private?
Yes. Your photos and videos are private by default. We never publish them in a public gallery or use them in our marketing without your separate permission, and we never sell them.
Are my photos used to train AI?
No. Occasion Pack does not use customer photos to train its own AI models. Photos are sent to our AI providers only to create your pack, and we require them not to use your photos for training either.
How long do you keep my photos?
Original photos are deleted automatically as soon as your pack has been made. Generated files are kept for 90 days so you can download them again; you can remove them sooner yourself from your account page.
Is it safe to upload photos of my children?
Occasion Pack is designed for parents creating invites for their children's celebrations. Photos are private, used only for your video and deleted on a fixed schedule. Only a parent, guardian or authorised adult may upload a child's photo, and all users must be 18 or older.
Do you use facial recognition?
No. We do not run facial recognition or build a database of faces. The AI looks at facial features only while creating your video, to keep the person recognisable.
Will people know the video was made with AI?
The pack is made with AI and we say so openly, including where the law requires a disclosure or marking. Please do not remove any such marking.
What kind of content won't you create?
We refuse content that is sexual, harmful or deceptive, uses someone's image without permission, impersonates a real person or organisation, or promotes invites for events that do not exist. See Misuse Prevention in our Terms of Service.
Help & troubleshooting
I paid but haven't received my video. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and the order page (the link in your confirmation email, or your account). Most packs are ready well within an hour. If nothing has arrived after an hour, email support@occasionpack.com with your order number.
I made a spelling mistake in the details. Can it be fixed?
Yes, free and in a minute or so: open your pack, edit the details or the headline, and the pictures and video are updated. Nothing is regenerated and nothing is charged.
The video won't play on my guest's phone.
MP4 plays on almost all phones. Ask your guest to update their messaging app, or send the video as a download link instead. If the file itself is broken, contact support and we will send a new one.
How do I delete my account and data?
On your account page you can remove the photos and files of any order at once and download a copy of your data. To delete the account itself, email info@occasionpack.com; we delete your photos and creations and keep only the order records the law requires.
