Content Policy

OccasionPack (“OccasionPack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) creates personalised digital content for special occasions, including event invite videos, using photographs, information and creative preferences provided by our customers. To keep the service safe for everyone, including the children who appear in our creations, we ask you to follow this Content Policy.

This policy applies to everything you upload, enter or create with OccasionPack: photographs, names, event details, messages and creative instructions, and the images, videos, event cover images and colouring books we generate. It forms part of our Terms of Service and explains the rules in sections 7 and 8 of the Terms in more detail. If anything in this policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service apply.

1. Family-Friendly Content Only

Only create content that is suitable for all ages. OccasionPack invites are shared with families, friends and children. Playful seasonal themes, such as friendly Halloween costumes or a pumpkin party, are welcome. Gore, graphic horror and frightening imagery are not.

2. No Hate

Do not create content that contains hateful symbols, promotes negative stereotypes, dehumanises people or promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic.

3. No Harassment, Bullying or Humiliation

Do not create content that mocks, threatens, bullies, intimidates or humiliates any person or group, or that makes false and damaging claims about an identifiable person.

4. No Violence or Suffering

Do not create content that shows or glorifies violence, cruelty, injury, suffering, weapons used against people, or the humiliation of others.

5. No Self-Harm

Do not create content that depicts, encourages or makes light of suicide, self-injury, eating disorders or other forms of self-harm, or dangerous challenges and activities.

6. No Sexual Content

Do not upload or create nudity, sexual acts, sexualised poses or any content that is sexually explicit or intended to arouse.

Content involving children is held to the strictest standard:

• Any sexual, sexualised or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited. We report it to the competent authorities.
• Do not upload photographs of children who are undressed, partially dressed or in swimwear or underwear. Such photographs are refused automatically.
• Do not place a child in a harmful, degrading or frightening context.

7. No Shocking Material

Do not create content with obscene or profane subjects, including bodily fluids, obscene gestures or crude language.

8. No Illegal Activities

Do not create content that depicts or promotes illegal activities, such as drug use, underage drinking, theft, vandalism or the use of weapons.

9. No Deception, Scams or Misinformation

Do not use OccasionPack to:

• create invites for events that do not exist;
• impersonate a real person, business, school, venue or public body;
• collect money or personal data under false pretences, including scam or phishing invites;
• show a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do;
• spread conspiracy theories or misinformation about real events.

10. No Political Content

Do not create content involving politicians, political parties, elections, campaigns, protests or other politically sensitive subjects.

11. No Health-Related Content

Do not create content that depicts the diagnosis, treatment or transmission of diseases, shows people suffering from illness or injury, or makes health or medical claims.

12. No Public Figures, Characters or Brands

Do not create content featuring celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or people made to look like them. Do not request protected characters, brands, logos or visual identities that you do not have the right to use. We may refuse such requests or turn them into an original theme, as described in section 6 of the Terms of Service.

13. Respect Other People’s Rights

• Only upload photographs that you have the right to use.
• Get the consent of every adult who appears in your photographs before you upload them.
• Only upload photographs of a child if you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have the permission of the child’s parent or legal guardian.
• Do not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights.

14. Be Open About AI

All OccasionPack creations are made with artificial intelligence. Do not present them as real photographs or as entirely human-made work. Do not remove, hide or alter AI-generated labels, watermarks or other markings we apply.

15. Personal Use Only, No Spam

OccasionPack is for personal celebrations. Do not use it for commercial purposes, to send unsolicited or bulk messages, or to create repetitive content at scale.

16. Do Not Circumvent Our Safeguards

Do not try to bypass, disable or test our content filters, for example through misleading instructions or altered images. Do not use several accounts to avoid a restriction or suspension.

How We Enforce This Policy

We check uploaded photographs, occasion details, instructions and generated content against this policy, using automated filters and, where needed, human review, before and after generation.

If content breaches this policy, we may:

• refuse or stop a generation;
• remove or block the content;
• cancel your order;
• suspend or permanently close your account and refuse future service.

Refunds for orders cancelled because of a breach are handled as described in section 8 of the Terms of Service and in our Refund Policy. We report content that appears to involve child sexual abuse or exploitation to the competent authorities, and we may report other suspected illegal activity to law enforcement.

If we restrict your content or account, we will tell you why and how to contest the decision, unless the law prevents us from doing so.

Reporting Content

If you see content made with OccasionPack that breaks this policy, or that uses your image without permission, email info@occasionpack.com with the subject line “Report”. Please include:

• a link to or description of the content;
• why you believe it breaks this policy or the law;
• your contact details.

We review every report promptly and tell you what action we took.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy as OccasionPack develops or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date are always available at occasionpack.com.
